Job Summary: With a commitment to safety, the All-State Propane bobtail delivery driver/technician will provide excellent customer service as well as making deliveries in a safe and efficient manner. We take our employees safety as number one along with our fellow customers and general public. Complete all pre and post trip vehicle inspection daily. You can expect to make anywhere between 18-30 deliveries per day. In addition to making deliveries, it is your responsibility to take care of the equipment being used and ensure all company tanks are up to code. If you can’t keep your own car clean this will probably not be a great fit. We have nearly all new equipment and heavily invest in keeping a solid fleet of trucks by far than any other competitor. As a technician you will be responsible for propane tank installs, gas system maintenance, leak checks, tank repairs, and service customer and company owned propane installations and equipment while providing excellent customer service. Work is also not just limited to the field but, yard or plant work is required. Tanks and cylinders need to be repaired or painted along with general maintenance on the bulk plant or company materials at the plant. Additionally, being on-call is standard for emergency response given the nature of the business.

Education and Experience Required: • One to five+ years related experience preferred. Commercial Driver's License required with hazmat, air brakes, and tanker endorsements. Certified Employee Training Program (CETP) certificate a plus but not required. All State Propane is a Drug Free Workplace. Employment is contingent upon the completion and our evaluation of a drug screening test and a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

1. Sit & safely drive a bobtail propane tank truck for 8 to 10 hours.

2. Capable of climbing in/out of a truck cab ascending or descending 2 steps.

3. Perform up to 30 route stops per shift.

4. Drag, hook & unhook up a 1 ¼”-diameter hose up to 150' to the customer's propane tank.

5. Ability to perform bilateral & single reaching wrist rotation & fine dexterity to steer the truck, engage controls to dispense propane & handle hoses.

7. Stand & walk up to 10 minutes during the delivery time at the customer's location.

8. Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.

9. Perform routine maintenance on tanks, i.e. paint, etc.

10 Capable to uncoil & recoil propane hose from truck, pulling hose over shoulder & able to

reload truck from storage.

Job Type: Full-time employment.

Hourly Wage: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour (additional advancement always possible)

- Monday to Friday (weekend work during peak winter season)
