- Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team full-time. The primary responsibility of this role will be picking up and delivering customer parts, as well as handling occasional business errands such as refilling propane tanks, picking up supplies, or any other driving related needs the business might have. When not on the road, you will work in the shop as a Powder Coating Prep Worker, assisting with cleaning, masking, sanding, and preparing parts for coating.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, customer interaction, and also takes pride in hands-on, detail-oriented shop work.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver customer parts using our 26 foot open trailer to and from our facility

- Provide excellent customer service with professional communication and reliability

- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe handling of all items

- Follow delivery schedules and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles

- Assist in powder coating preparation when not driving, including: Cleaning, sanding, and masking parts for coating

- Inspecting items for defects or areas needing additional prep

- Coordinating with the powder coating team to ensure quality and timely work

- Operating prep equipment (sandblast cabinet, hand tools, etc.) safely and efficiently

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license (required)

- Clean driving record preferred

- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred

- Shop/warehouse environment work experience is not required but is a plus

- Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, or box trucks is not required but is a plus

- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is not required but is a plus

Schedule

- Full-time, 8-hour shift

- Monday to Friday, day shift

- Home every night (local routes only)
