Job Summary
As our Delivery Coordinator, you will act as the essential link between customers and our installation team, ensuring that all logistical aspects are flawlessly executed. From scheduling the initial delivery date to overseeing the final installation, your attention to detail and proactive communication will ensure smooth, hassle-free experiences.

Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate delivery and installation schedules to meet customer timelines and needs.
•Assign installation team members to projects based on their skills and availability.
•Communicate proactively with customers, sales designers, installers, and warehouse staff.
•Generate and manage work orders, dispatch technicians, and maintain accurate project documentation.
•Ensure job sites are ready for installation, verifying access, availability, and project readiness.
•Resolve scheduling conflicts or issues efficiently and professionally.
•Conduct follow-ups with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
Qualifications and Skills
•Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar coordination role (experience in residential services is a plus).
•Strong leadership skills and experience collaborating with installation and warehouse teams.
•Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
•Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel (or a willingness to learn).
•A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to changes.
•Professional demeanor and positive attitude in all interactions.
•Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
