Dedicated Fire Restoration Developer

Are you a proactive and results-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the restoration industry? Operation Restoration is seeking a motivated Fire Chaser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing leads for fire damage restoration services. Responsibilities: Monitor fire incident reports and communicate with potential clients in a timely manner. Assess initial damage and explain our restoration services to property owners. Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, insurance adjusters, and other referral sources. Secure signed agreements for restoration services. Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover of projects. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets. Knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus, but not required. Former firefighters are great candidates for this job! Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
