Day Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our concrete projects, be on time and ready to work. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are efficient and organized. Must be willing to work in areas beyond Thermopolis such as Worland, Greybull, Cody and Powell. Will be home every night.

Duties

- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.

- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Experience

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.

- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.

- A willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
