We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support high-impact data projects in the education and workforce space. Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze information and statistical data to support research, reports, and studies
•Create intuitive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau
•Prepare public-facing reports and written materials that communicate data insights in clear, accessible language
•Conduct research related to education and workforce development topics
•Use R for data analysis, modeling, and data management
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data needs
•Present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
•Contribute to standards and best practices for data quality, visualization, and communication
Required Qualifications:
•10+ years of overall experience as a Data Analyst
•5+ years of experience with R for data analysis
•5+ years of experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau
•Experience working with education or workforce-related datasets
•Strong skills in MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills (11+ years)
•Experience translating complex data for public and non-technical audiences
•Background in research planning and statistical methods, including regression analysis
•Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience working in public sector or government-related education and workforce programs
•Knowledge of data policies and metrics used in educational or workforce development initiatives
•Familiarity with producing materials for public communication, such as reports, charts, and data briefs
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
