Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Appointment Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: - Market and negotiate services to potential clients over the phone - Conduct warm calling to generate leads and set appointments - Utilize technology sales tools effectively, including Salesforce - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments - Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or inside sales - Strong negotiation and communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Join our dynamic team and contribute to our success by driving new business opportunities through effective appointment setting.
