- Design, implement, and test network and cybersecurity controls for advanced grid control systems.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical solutions with project requirements.

- Support commissioning activities and provide technical expertise on-site and remotely.

- Develop and review technical documentation to ensure quality and clarity.

- Integrate and verify control systems in both lab and field environments.

- Participate in design reviews, factory acceptance tests, and project meetings.

- Strengthen the security of DCS/SCADA/HMI network connections.

- Provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and servers.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

- Experience with network or OT systems, virtualization, and cybersecurity standards.

- Familiarity with VLANs, redundant protocols, VPNs, and network access controls.

- Understanding of Windows OS and industry security frameworks (e.g., NERC CIP, IEC 62443).

- Exposure to security tools such as NESSUS, Nmap, or similar.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
