Customer Success Manager

About the Role
As our Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, guiding them through onboarding, troubleshooting, and success planning. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our customers are engaged, informed, and empowered to take full advantage of our services.
What You’ll Do
•Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and support
•Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our platform and services
•Monitor customer accounts and engagement to identify opportunities for growth or support
•Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and urgency
•Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
•Manage multiple accounts and tasks with a high level of organization and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
•Proficient in computer applications and digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
•A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience or familiarity with
energy auditing
or
energy data analysis
