As our Customer Solutions Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and walk-in. You’ll welcome people with a warm smile, identify their needs, and confidently connect them with the right solution. This role also manages inbound leads, processes payments, and supports our marketing and social media presence.
This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives on helping people.
- Answer calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth
- Identify customer needs and quickly route them to the right solution
- Capture and log inbound leads, support follow-up, and process payments
- Create and manage content on company social media channels
- Encourage and secure positive Google reviews from satisfied customers
- Support sales growth by ensuring leads are tracked and converted
- A self-motivated problem solver who loves to help people
- Strong multitasking skills with a fast-paced mindset
- Customer service experience (phone/email/front desk preferred)
