Customer Service Representative

Basic Function

HF Sinclair is seeking a Customer Representative in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, you will answer a range of inquiries pertaining to gas station convenience stores and consumer concerns. As a key point of contact for our customers the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Job Duties

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Experience

A minimum 1 – 2 years of helpdesk or call center experience.

Education Level

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Conditions

The 8-hour shift is Monday through Friday. Hours TBD but will be between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm MST in office. A hybrid schedule may be extended after successful completion of training.

Initial schedule for training will be M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Overtime or on call shifts may be needed on occasion.

Job conditions require sitting, talking or hearing, making visual inspections, making precise finger and hand movements, reaching or grasping, and the ability to perceive color differences. Job conditions may require standing, walking twisting, stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
