POSITION:
Customer Service Representative
Description:
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing customer service to current Suncor Stainless and clients and partners. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for all order-related activities as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
•Provide general customer and sales support as needs arise.
•Provide order entry support for sales.
•Record customer issues as cases and assign to appropriate representative or facilitate customer satisfactory resolution personally.
•Provide back up and support to Sales team as needed.
•Troubleshoot and facilitate customer issue resolution
•Facilitate sales by engaging end users and partners with product information.
•Acquire and maintain proficiency in technical aspects of the product line and acquire the ability to explain and demonstrate products on demand.
•Learn and develop proficiency in all company systems.
•Provide other support for sales services as needed.
Skills & Abilities
•Proficient computer skills and Microsoft software skills
•Exceptional organizational skills
Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of college
•Minimum 3 years customer service skills
•Must be able to work 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
Employment is subject to successful completion and passing of a background check and drug screen.
