Customer Service Representative / Order Taker

Since 1955, we’ve been delivering top-quality ready-mix concrete and exceptional service across southeastern Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Order Taker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers to get the job done right.

What You’ll Do:

- Answer calls and take orders for ready-mix concrete

- Review and enter order details quickly and accurately

- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries

- Communicate with customers about schedules, changes, and jobsite needs

- Handle same-day orders with urgency and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry

- Ability to multitask in a busy environment

- Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or order entry preferred

- Knowledge of the construction or concrete industry a plus (but not required)
