Customer Service Representative

Bill's Custom Fab, Inc. is looking to add to our exceptional customer service department. A successful candidate will possess effective communication skills in person and on the telephone. This person will work closely with our customers and our staff. No steel experience, needed. We will train the right candidate. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Taking customer orders in person and over the phone

*Ordering materials and supplies

*Answering telephone and emails

The following skills are advantageous:

*Ability to read tape measure

*Ability to multi-task

*Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

*Familiar with steel and/or shop setting

*Knowledge of basic office skills
