We are seeking a detail-oriented customer service representative, with a pleasant demeanor, to play a key role in the success of our company by maintaining a positive relationship with a wide variety of Waring Oil fuel and lubricant accounts.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels, calls, email, face to face.
- Ability to organize and dispatch orders on a daily basis as needed.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowledge of product and inventory.
- Processing orders, from initially keying to closing out.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
- Prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and communicating with involved parties.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Effectively manage POS system for fuel pumps, at needed locations (Biloxi, Louisville, Jackson).
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

- Understanding of business math
- Ability to recognize and interpret trends.
- Prior E3 experience is not required but preferred.
- Ability to learn and understand the back-office software system.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of lubricants and fuels (a plus)
Minimum of associate degree, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
