Responsibilities

- Welcome on site customers, determine nature of business, and assist or direct customers to appropriate personnel.

- Clerical Duties - Filing, copying, and collating; creates memos, correspondences, reports, faxes and other documents when necessary.

- Performs all stages of budgeting customers.

- Data Entry

- Office Supply Ordering

- Propane Service Fills as needed (Ability to lift up to 100 pounds)

- Assist other staff when needed, and works cohesively with office staff.

Qualifications

- 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Sufficient knowledge and computer skills to utilize software to assist customers.

Pay: From $31,200.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
