We are looking for a Customer Service Field Technician to help provide excellent support to our customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Key Responsibilities:
•Answering incoming calls, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues over the phone.
•Accurately documenting customer cases in the CRM system and keeping detailed notes for future reference.
•Identifying and clearly defining issues, and escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
•Participating in required training sessions to maintain competency and assist with other tasks as needed by the Manager.
•Willing to travel approximately one week per month, with some variation based on business needs.

Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.
•Valid state driver’s license and ability to work independently with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
•Solid foundation in electronics and computer knowledge; mechanical repair experience is a plus.
•Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a professional, team-oriented mindset.
