The Basement Doctor Columbus is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

As a part of our customer service team, you will assist our customers with scheduling free estimates and annual routine maintenance and support our sales team.

We’re looking for motivated candidates willing to learn and adapt in our ever-changing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a call center environment.
