Job Description
The Customer Service Administrator is the first point of contact at the facility with a high level of professionalism and knowledge of the branch products and services. The ideal candidate for this role will display exceptional customer service and communication skills when answering calls, replying to email inquiries, educating customers on promotions or sales, and supporting the administrative needs of the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide high-quality customer service to any walk-in customers
•Collaborate with and assist the Account Manager and Branch Manager with orders and customer needs
•Assist with showroom merchandising and ordering products
•Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the correct person
•Respond, compose, and send e-mail correspondence throughout the company in a timely manner
•Provide customer support via email, phone, or in person
•Inform customers of current promotions or special sales
•Engagement in learning and communicating all products and services
•Compliance with all company safety standards and procedures
•Creatively work with team members on sales strategies
•Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
•Strong customer service skills
•Knowledge of construction, traffic control, or infrastructure industries preferred, not required
•Strong communication skills, both written and oral, bilingual a plus
•Excellent computer and internet skills
•Must be results-driven, friendly, tenacious, work independently and have a positive attitude
•High energy and self-motivation
•Team focused and supportive of the company’s direction
•Hours of operation are typically 7 a.m.- 4 p.m., M-F
•Primarily sedentary or working at a desk
•Occasionally lift and move 10-50 pounds
•The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms.
