We are seeking a meticulous and organized Records Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our records and documentation systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of document management systems, information governance, and archival processing.
- Manage and maintain document management systems to ensure accurate filing and retrieval of records.
- Conduct regular audits of records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with archival standards.
- Facilitate the digitization of physical records to enhance accessibility and security.
- Provide administrative support related to records coordination tasks as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency before finalization or distribution.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and maintaining records.
- Experience in data management, including data entry, retrieval, and analysis.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure the quality of documentation.
- Demonstrating an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
