We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Customer Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks outside the box, and brings strong communication and technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—and familiarity with CRM platforms are essential.
The Customer Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role because it serves as a key point of contact between Budderfly and its customers, ensuring consistent, accurate, and proactive communication regarding various operational aspects of customer programs.
o Utilities Billing Redirect & Zero Balance Notifications
o HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Fees – Account Reconciliations
o Demand Response – Energy Events – Program Participation
Pay band (Non-exempt): $25.48 (53K) - $26.44 (55K)
Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
Job Location: Shelton, Connecticut (company headquarters). Hybrid Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in office.
