HRSD seeks energetic, flexible, and team-focused Customer Care Representatives for the Payments Work Center. Normal business hours: Monday through Friday, eight-hour workday flexible between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM; Closed on holidays. Payments Representatives are required to work in-office. Payments Representatives perform cashiering duties, account reconciliation, and general payment error resolution and back up the mail center as needed.
Under broad guidance, the Customer Care Representative is responsible for supporting the Contact Center by handling daily continuous phone, email, and chat interactions with customers to review accounts, payments, billing, and general customer inquiries. Customer Care Representatives handle 15,000-18,000 customer interactions monthly to deliver information to ~500,000 HRSD customers.
