Municipally-owned Marshfield Utilities is recruiting for an individual to fill a Customer Account Specialist position. This position is responsible for collecting payments, processing deposits, responding to customer questions, operating telephone system switchboard, preparing reconciliations and schedules, performing data entry, and will support other office department functions as required.
Minimum qualifications include two years of previous experience in a customer service or general office environment, previous cash handling/cashier experience, proven typing/word processing skills, computer, and Microsoft Office software, including Excel. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
