Bay to Beach Builders is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused New Home Sales Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit while working alongside an innovative and supportive group of professionals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our customers realize their dream of homeownership—all while working in a fun, rewarding environment.
We are looking for a driven sales professional with a proven track record of generating traffic, closing sales, and providing exceptional follow-up and customer care. Experience in new home sales or on-your-lot construction is preferred, but we will also consider high-performing sales professionals from other industries.
What You'll Do:
•Drive new home sales through multiple channels including client referrals, realtor partnerships, professional networks, and marketing-generated leads.
•Provide guided tours of our Idea Homes (model homes) and Design Studio.
•Present and explain floor plans, pricing, selections, and customization options.
•Build lasting relationships with prospects, ensuring ongoing communication throughout the sales process and after the sale to guarantee complete satisfaction.
•Collaborate closely with management, construction teams, and mortgage partners.
•Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-up activities, and maintain organized sales records.
•Demonstrate flexibility to work evenings, Saturdays (closed Sundays), some holidays, and weekdays to meet customer needs.
Who We're Looking For:
•Minimum 3 years of proven success in new home sales (preferred).
•Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
•Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
•Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem solver with the ability to explain mortgage financing and construction loan processes.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Always presents a polished, professional appearance.
