Custom Applicator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Custom Applicator to join our team in the Agriculture industry. As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for applying crop protection products and fertilizers to crops, ensuring that they are applied accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating equipment, as well as keeping accurate records of all applications. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients' crops and the overall success of our business.

As a Custom Applicator, you will use your skills in operating and maintaining application equipment, as well as your attention to detail and record-keeping skills, on a daily basis. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, as well as communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service. Your work will require a strong understanding of label instructions and company standards, as well as the ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and client needs. Overall, your skills will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients' crops and the overall success of our business.

Monday -Friday 8a-4:30p; Weekends- Mandatory Overtime as needed seasonally.
