DEPARTMENT: Shop/Office

LOCATION: Dublin, TX

PAY: $17/hr

SUMMARY: Our custodian is responsible for maintaining our office and shop areas, ensuring they remain clean and orderly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting various areas.

- Clean workstations.

- Emptying trash and disposing of waste appropriately.

- Sanitizes and supplies restroom facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Ability to manage job duty and workflow.

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

- Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player.

- Follow safety procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.

- Must be able to drive from one location to another.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.

- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.

- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.

- Occasional exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather).

- Mustbe able to lift and/or move more than 15 pounds.
