Food literacy and food security are significant components of this program. It is excellent for those who want to pursue careers in the food production or carry on to receive their Red Seal certification as a chef. Youth will receive;

This program allows youth 8 weeks in the kitchen with our chef learning culinary skills and 9 weeks in a job placement all of which you will be paid.
