You will be working in one of the premier sports complexes in Central Wisconsin working with athletes and clients from all around Central Wisconsin. We see clients from all over our community, all ages, all sports, and different skill levels. You will see your knowledge and confidence working with clients’ blossom as you work with our talented team of Movement Coaches. Our goal is to allow you to become your best self as a trainer through continued education and mentorship with our team!

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and hard-working Movement Coach to join our Sports Performance Department, specializing in training youth to college level athletes. The Movement Coach will primarily focus on sports performance, movement recovery, small group, and large group training sessions for athletes from all over Central Wisconsin. This role requires collaboration with other movement trainers, parents, and athletes to promote the most comprehensive training experience possible.

Key Responsibilities

Skills:

Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries, training techniques, and injury prevention strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate clients.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional early morning or evening hours to accommodate workplace schedules.
