Earn on average $25-35/hour as a dual CSR/Dispatcher with Collins Comfort Masters
In this dual Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher role, you'll work remotely from home delivering stellar customer service while handling inbound & outbound customer calls to schedule HVAC, Plumbing, & Water Treatment maintenance & service appointments as well as handle dispatching of service technicians. CSR’s handle a variety of calls such as payment and refund processing, billing updates, maintenance memberships, and other job related tasks as assigned. This is a metric-based position with fun added incentives! Plumbing & hvac industry experience highly desirable, dispatch experience is a must. Bilingual English-Spanish speaking is a plus!

Monday-Friday evening schedule (call center hours are currently 6am-7pm, hours will be extended to 8 or 9pm soon). PLUS weekend flexibilty to pick up extra shifts as needed (to cover call outs, unexpected schedule changes, etc).
Please note, due to the evening schedule requirement, this will be a remote position working from home- you must have a quiet workspace.
