Position Description:

The Cryogenic Service Technician should have experience working with systems and processes. The ideal candidate enjoys all things mechanical, has a strong desire to figure things out, and enjoys ensuring systems are installed correctly and equipment is functioning properly.

Position Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers daily

- Skillfully install environmental monitoring systems

- Methodically calibrate and service environmental monitoring systems

- Accurately conduct Beverage C02 tank and peripheral equipment installs

- Strategically conduct preventive maintenance and inspections at customer locations

- Effectively and efficiently execute service requests

- Maintain accurate documentation using mobile Cryo Team App communication methods

- Uphold and improve ongoing CNO culture

- Actively participate in weekly L10 Meeting

- Participate in weekly Score Card reporting.

- Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player

- Safely travel to customer locations

- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Gas phase / liquid phase delivery and storage system knowledge

- Familiarity with safe handling and storage of cryogenic liquid and high-pressure gases

- Familiarity with industry best practices and AHJ requirements

- Experience with HCI and FDA requirements

- Technical communication capabilities

- Solution oriented individual

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong track record of safety

- Technically savvy, preferred

- Mechanically inclined, preferred

- Flexibility is a must

- Ability to trouble shoot system or equipment issues

- Strive to be a team player, but excels working independently

- Clean motor vehicle record

- Desire to learn and grow (Cryogenic Service Technician (Level II and III)

- Frequent lifting of 10-20lbs is required, may at times lift up to 75lbs

- Reoccurring pushing/pulling 150lbs

- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for a long period of time
