Crew Leader (Civil/Paint)

(TRAVEL) As the Civil Crew Lead at Hiltz Propane Systems, you will lead and manages on-site workers, subcontractors and equipment during tank sets and construction projects; with the majority of day-to-day responsibilities focusing on the pre-installation process of each job site prior to tank setting including painting. These are bulk propane tanks, ranging anywhere from 18,000 - 90,000 gallons.

Responsibilities/Requirements - Out of town travel is required. This position is typically over-the-road for about 4 nights at a time, M - F.

This is a safety-sensitive position. The Civil Crew operates heavy equipment, drives company vehicles, performs work in confined spaces, works at heights, conducts abrasive blasting, painting (pre-installation and post-installation painting) and works in environments containing dust and fumes which require use of Personal Protective Equipment.
