Sharrow Lifting Products is seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Crane Inspection and Service Technician to support one of our key customers near Rochester, MN. This full-time, onsite role will be dedicated to performing periodic and annual crane and hoist inspections, ensuring OSHA and ASME compliance, and executing repairs and preventative maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
•
Perform routine and annual overhead crane and hoist inspections at a single customer site.
•
Complete documentation and inspection reports accurately and timely.
•
Identify safety or maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
•
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs as needed on cranes, hoists, and lifting systems.
•
Collaborate directly with the customer to ensure needs are met and downtime is minimized.What We’re Looking For:
•
Mechanical or electrical repair experience (industrial, automotive, or crane-related preferred).
•
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of safety, urgency, and reliability.
•
Previous crane inspection experience is a plus, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
•
Strong communication and customer service skills.
•
