Do you thrive on solving problems before they become problems? At Centrus Energy, our Corrective Actions Manager is the go-to leader for keeping operations running smoothly, safely, and by the book. You’ll guide our Corrective Action Program, dig into root causes like a detective, and make sure issues are resolved — and prevented — in partnership with regulators and site teams. Think of it as being part investigator, part strategist, and part quality champion, all while ensuring compliance with some of the most important safety and regulatory standards in the energy industry.
Lead the Corrective Action Program and root cause investigations to identify, resolve, and prevent issues at our uranium enrichment facility. You’ll manage incident screening, determine NRC/DOE reportability, oversee our CATSWeb system, coordinate training, and track/trend issues to keep operations sharp. You’ll also collaborate across teams, regulators, and leadership to make sure corrective actions are effective, sustainable, and fully documented — all while being the point person for on-call reporting and compliance needs.
We’d Love to Hear From People With:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or administrative field (or equivalent experience). - 4+ years of experience in NRC/DOE/Military environments.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe).
- Knowledge of project scheduling applications.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.
- Current “Q” or “L” clearance.
- Experience leading corrective action or regulatory compliance programs.
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to guide teams and interface with regulators.

In addition, once employe, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
