The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Our client is seeking a Corporate Training Lead to oversee the delivery and quality of training initiatives within a large-scale organizational change program. This role involves managing the training scope, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to sustainment resources. The Corporate Training Lead will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy to support the program's success.
- Accountable for the delivery and quality of the training scope of work, including training needs assessment, curriculum development, training plan, and material creation.
- Manage the relationship with the vendor’s training lead and ensure alignment with the client's training objectives.
- Determine training toolsets and templates, ensuring proper setup, access, and guidance on material usage.
- Oversee all training scheduling and delivery activities, including skill testing and training evaluation, using a train-the-trainer approach.
- Secure training environments to support end-user training delivery.
- Consult on, review, and approve training needs assessments, curriculum, plans, and materials developed by the vendor, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.
- Monitor training activities for effectiveness and adjust strategies and plans as necessary.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer from the program to sustainment resources.
- Act as the communication focal point for training-related items.
- Identify program risks and issues that may impact adoption and sustainment of the solution.
- Collaborate closely with the Functional team, including business SMEs, to manage review cycles and proactively address risks/issues.
- Secure appropriate program and sustainment training resources.
- Support post-go-live training activities as required.
- Lead a team to execute the training plan effectively.- 10+ years of experience with corporate training principles and methodologies, preferably within large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Deep knowledge and experience in corporate training principles, methodologies, and tools, including the development of training materials for both instructor-led and e-learning delivery methods.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging audiences from front-line workers to senior leadership.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Ability to deliver tactical components of the training plan effectively.
- Capable of handling sensitive and complex issues with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours when required.
- Hybrid work model, with in-office presence required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Possibility of approximately 15% travel to other locations in Ontario.Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
