We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator, considered an administrative employee with direct communication with Quantum’s clients. The primary function of this role is to engage with new and existing clients, either in partnership with other members of the Customer Success and Business Development teams or independently. The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for various elements of client support, working collaboratively with other departments (Finance, Logistics, Operations) to deliver our contractual or ad hoc services within the agreed service level and to the satisfaction of the client. Support includes, but is not limited to, account and lot creation, managing and facilitating client shipments, generating required reports, and supporting the effective and efficient management of specified new and existing client accounts.
- Responsible for all aspects of setting up new accounts, working with various internal departments including, but not limited to, Finance, Operations, Logistics, etc., to ensure client expectations are met.
- Work within Quantum’s database to generate accurate and timely reports for clients. These reports may include, but are not limited to lot settlement reports, data security certificates, recycling certificates, asset lists, and lot settlement reports.
- Act as a resource to resolve issues and provide creative solutions to maximize departmental efficiency and processes.
- Ensure operational teams have received processing instructions and that all client-specific requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to define client needs at local, national, and international levels.
- Leverage existing relationships to explore and uncover new opportunities and areas for improvement within the current client base.
- Post-secondary education in administration or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administration, customer service, account coordination, or equivalent professional experience
- Must be bilingual in English and French
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and attention to detail
