Duties

•Utilize POS systems for transactions, reporting, and tracking sales performance.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies while analyzing market trends to stay competitive.
•Provide training and support to staff on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales management practices.
•Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
•Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Experience
•Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
•Strong background in wireless sales is an advantage.
•Ability to manage staff effectively while demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
•Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial reporting.
•Experience with POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing.
•Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
•Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
•A solid understanding of stock management practices is necessary for maintaining optimal inventory levels.
