Control Room Operator

- Responsible for working with field operations, marketing and management providing up to the minute reports and data.

- Identify potential opportunities to maximize production in real time and initiate/take corrective action, working with field operations.

- Monitor and analyze all facilities to detect equipment failures.

- Communicate critical events to field operations personnel to maintain oil and gas production at highest rates possible.

- Manage and communicate SCADA alarms using verbal and electronic media.

- Identify service needs and dispatch service providers including water and oil transports and I&E personnel.

- Assist field operations during incidents or emergencies.

- Manage third party and PNR significant downtime events in a manner to influence optimal timing for events to occur.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, to include special projects.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Prior control room, SCADA/HMI, or field experience preferred but not required

- Strong mechanical and systems aptitude

- Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and remain focused in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Position Details

- Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr

- Schedule: 7/7 (Rotating Days/Nights)

- Location: Midland, TX
