ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision, this position will:
•Provide everyday (24/7) remote oil system monitoring and troubleshooting, production coordination, security surveillance, and emergency response capability. Perform all work in a safe and professional manner, in accordance with Company and industry standards and regulations.
•Monitor production pad tank levels, evaluate oil production, and work with the Water group and/or other trucking companies to dispatch and schedule trucks.
•Act as the field’s central point of contact between Water, Midstream, and Marketing in order to promote better communications, decision making, and teamwork. Communicate scheduled and un-scheduled well downtime.
•Act as the field’s central point of Production contact which includes communication with emergency service first responders as needed and regularly dispatch contractors and Company personnel as required.
•Learn how to perform initial incident investigations on process upsets to prevent reoccurrence before and during upset conditions and report to supervisors. Properly document and/or report field incidents immediately.
•Learn how to be able to provide Daily Gas projections to Supervisor for Marketing as needed.
•Learn general requirements for all regulations and required responses. Complete the required Incident Command System (ICS) training and participate in necessary drills.
•Oversee the check in and check out log for operations.
•Timely coordinate with the various contractors regarding the maintenance of roads in preparation or response to weather events.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
•High School Diploma or equivalent.

•Ability to learn and understand well pad production systems.
•Ability to learn and have a basic understanding of Cygnet, SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) system, EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) work order system and OSI PI (PI Vision).
•Good organizational skills and able to multi-task on a day to day basis.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
•Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel, Word, etc. and use and operation of standard office equipment.

•Able to recognize and apply safety processes and procedures.
•Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR) that meet Company’s Insurance qualifications to operate Company vehicle.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.

Office Related:
•Job is primarily performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
•The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
•Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
HOURS / SHIFTS
•Alternative shift schedule: 7&7, 12-hour shifts.
•Available for on-call rotation and responsibilities on weekends and holidays for increased workloads, urgent issues or emergencies during off hours, as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
•Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
•Minimally lift, push, carry and/or move up to 25 pounds.
TRAVEL
Approximate amount of time: Minimal (under 25%); Regularly (25% - 75%); Frequent (more than 75%).
•Minimal travel may be required to other locations.
•Minimal travel to Company’s field operations and/or offices. Approximately 10%
