Control Panel Technician - Temporary

Are you looking for experience in renewable energy, industrial panel assembly/wiring, or automated controls? Nor-Cal Controls is the country’s leading systems integrator in renewable energies, and we are hiring temporary Control Panel Technicians. This is a temporary*, full-time (M-F) position starting at $20/hour . No prior experience in this field is necessary and you will be receiving hands-on, on-the-job training from our Production team to get you up to speed quickly.

What will you be doing?

- Wire and assemble control panels and field communications devices using detailed engineering drawings/schematics.

- Configure settings for various components and completed assemblies.

- Clean and organize production area.

Position Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age, able to strictly adhere to safety standards and regulations.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

- Competent computer skills, comfortable navigating new software.

- Able to follow directions and build assemblies using detailed engineering drawings.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule for the duration of the assignment.

- This position is scheduled start immediately and end in November 2025. Depending on production demand, this position may be extended or converted into a permanent role.
