**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contract - Construction Specialist - Asphalt Restoration located in Rocklin, CA (home office is flexible). The specialist will be responsible for budgeting, construction oversight, coordination, and utilization of Microsoft Office tools for project management. Some work from home is acceptable.

**Qualifications**

* Budgeting and Microsoft Office skills
* Experience in Civil Construction and project management
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Knowledge of relevant local agency standards, regulations and codes
* Previous experience in asphalt restoration projects and/or undergrounding utility projects
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent field experience)
