Contract Administrator IV
to join our growing Digital and Information Technology Procurement team! This is your opportunity to work at the heart of vendor management, drive reporting excellence, and shape procurement strategy for cutting-edge IT solutions.
In this role, you’ll take charge of vendor performance reporting, contract lifecycle oversight, RFx coordination, and strategic sourcing activities.
What You’ll Do:
•Lead and maintain bidder lists for indirect procurement activities
•Conduct in-depth market research to support procurement decisions
•Perform complex expediting and tracking duties for contract execution
•Drive continuous improvement and support change management initiatives
•Manage contract execution and lifecycle from creation to closeout
•Track contract consumption and generate monthly procurement reports
•Provide key insights through vendor performance reporting
•Support and manage the full RFP/RFQ process
•Analyze software usage data to identify trends and opportunities
•Coordinate internal reviews with Legal and IT Contract Managers
•Resolve invoice discrepancies and align with POs/SOWs as needed
•Lead competitive bidding and evaluate potential solutions with business units
•Contribute to broader vendor management and sourcing initiatives
What You Bring
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a related procurement or contract administration role
•Familiarity with ServiceNow Procurement and Contracts modules (preferred)
•Working knowledge of contract structures and negotiation
•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Attention to detail and technical proficiency
•At least 2 years' experience at a Contract Administrator III level or higher
Education & Certifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
•ITIL Foundations certification (or higher) required
