Position Summary
The Contract Administrator is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contractual agreements between the Company and commercial customers.
General Duties and Responsibilities
•Acts a liaison and leads strategy discussions between Business Development, Accounting, and Legal departments to propose contract provisions and requests.
•Assists with the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts to meet business requirements.
•Oversees the timely preparation and administration of company contract documentation and renewals.
•Provides basic review of contracts; works collaboratively with other departments to determine proper contract interpretation.
•Assists with contract analysis, including but not limited to research, analysis, reporting, written correspondence, and recommendations.
•Prepares and manages contract documentation flow associated with the effective ongoing maintenance of the contract management system utilized by the Company.
•Monitors contract management system for the timely review and administration of assigned contract renewals.
•Drafts letters and contract provisions.
•Performs basic administrative tasks for maintaining contract files and the database.
•Provides necessary reports and project status information to management and other appropriate staff.
•Proofreads, edits, and fact-checks legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
•Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Position Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
•Knowledge of current and legally-binding contractual language and terminology.
•Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
•Excellent time management skills, with no or minimal direction from management to meet required deadlines.
•Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding contract language and product information.
•Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
•Must be willing to comply with all company policies and procedures.
Education, Experience, Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Paralegal license/certificate is a plus.
•Experience using a Contract Management System.

Pay & Benefits
Hiring Range:
•$97,372 - $105,000 Annually (DOE)
