Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract Migration Project
•Establish strong working relationships with internal department stakeholders to identify existing contract records and their relevant properties and import the same into Ironclad.
•Validate contract records to ensure properties and contract metadata are correctly captured utilizing Ironclad’s Smart Import software.
•Work with stakeholders to develop contract reminders to ensure renewals and expiration date notices are properly established and sent to the proper individuals; assist stakeholders with developing a method of tracking contract compliance requirements using Ironclad.
•Run system testing to verify that contractual records are accessible only by those individuals who should have access.
•Develop Standard Operating Procedures to handle newly identified contracts requiring upload and archive that were not available during the initial contract migration period.
Contract Administration
•Work with Director, Contract Administration to develop recurring training programs for Ironclad users and provide periodic training (recurring and ad hoc) to meet organizational needs.
•Input new contracts requests submitted through the Contract Administration SharePoint Workflow into Ironclad.
•Operate as SME for basic Ironclad and contract submission queries.
•Work with Ironclad Business Analyst to resolve minor user-level issues with Ironclad.
•Become familiar with organizational-wide contract approval standards to provide guidance on appropriate approvals and signature designations.
•Work with Director, Contract Administration to leverage Ironclad’s AI features to help facilitate contract reviews and drafting for stakeholders.

•Prior experience read through and understanding a variety of contracts.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
•Work is performed in an office environment and in the field. No work from home is permitted.
•Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 20 pounds.
