Content Writer & Creator for Construction Company

Are you ready to tell the story behind the build? We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Content Writer to join our team, capturing the hustle of going from job site to job site and following our General Contractor through the ups and downs of construction projects. If you thrive on creating engaging narratives, shooting compelling videos, and turning everyday construction moments into captivating content — this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

•

Develop engaging content for YouTube, Instagram & TikTok and marketing that showcases the behind-the-scenes of construction projects.

•

Follow our General Contractor on job sites to document project progress, challenges, and wins.

•

Capture high-quality images and video footage that highlight craftsmanship, site transformations, and team interactions.

•

Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite, incorporating construction site footage and project updates.

•

Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.

•

Research construction industry trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and educational.

•

Manage multiple content projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

•

Edit videos with tools like Adobe After Effects to create compelling ASMR content and progress reels.

Requirements:

•

Proven experience as a Content Writer with a portfolio showcasing construction-related content or similar project-based storytelling.

•

Strong video editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).

•

Experience in photography and videography, especially in capturing site progress and transformation.

•

Knowledge of graphic design principles to create compelling visual content.

•

Excellent research skills to accurately convey project details and industry insights.

•

Ability to work independently, follow the General Contractor’s schedule, and adapt quickly to evolving project needs.

•

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
