Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

We are seeking superintendent with at least 3 years of homebuilding experience, focused specifically on concrete, masonry, and framing. Previous experience is required within our core market projects – residential and light commercial. They will be responsible for the following:
•
Create construction schedules, perform regular updates, and insert new activities and impacts.
•
Coordinate jobsite logistics.
•
Negotiate with authorities having jurisdiction to maintain project schedules.
•
Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and monitoring quality
•
Foster the development of foreman to grow into future superintendents.
•
Professionally represent our company field operations as primary interface with our customers.
Qualifications
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
•
Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
•
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
•
Effective participation in a team environment.
•
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
•
Builder Trend a plus
•
Must be hands on and willing to know every detail of a job site.
•
5+ years of experience as a home construction superintendent, Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required.
•
A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
•
This position is salaried.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
