•MUST BE ABLE TO LOOK AHEAD AND PLAN HUMAN RESOURCES, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR THE SITE
•MUST OF MANAGED A CREW OF 10 or MORE
•Spot check projects throughout the entirety of the job
•Occasionally work with PM’s regarding costs and estimates
•Review SOW’s for effective production
•Source Time and Materials for Change Orders as needed
•Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and senior management
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts among team members
•Plan and schedule project timelines if there are production issues
•Be able to communicate clearly and with details for specific elements of the project when dealing with individual clients/contractors
•Keeping an organized file for each project including: any correspondence, receipts/invoices, contracts, biding documents, and any other crucial documents.
•Maintain safety precautions and relay any concerns to PM’s and Field Supervisors
•Comply with all Federal, State, and local legal requirements
•Meet all project deadlines
•Knowledge current abatement and demolition procedures.
Qualifications:
•MUST BE USA Citizen due to Government Base Access
•MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 5 DAYS A WEEK
•Good verbal, technical writing skills ambitious, well organized, levelheaded, awareness, safety conscious
•Demolition and Environmental Remediation experience is a plus
•Knowledge of Asbestos and Lead abatement, Mold Remediation an asset
•Spanish speaking is a plus for the role
