Construction/Stormwater Field Technician

Rodriguez Consulting (Rodriguez), a mission-driven civil engineering and land surveying firm based in Fishtown, is hiring a Construction/Stormwater Field Technician. In this role, you’ll conduct field inspections at active construction sites and completed facilities to ensure proper installation and long-term performance of stormwater management systems. You'll track progress, report findings, and help enforce compliance with Philadelphia Water Department regulations.

We’re looking for candidates with field experience in construction or stormwater inspection, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work independently outdoors in all weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required. NICET/NASSCO certification and familiarity with PWD stormwater practices are a plus.
