Overview: Doyon Government Group is hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead quality efforts on federal and military design-build construction projects. This role ensures full compliance with USACE and NAVFAC standards, including the Three-Phase Quality Control Process.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop, manage, and implement the Project Quality Control Plan (QCP)
•Review submittals, RFIs, and drawings for compliance
•Conduct inspections and maintain QA documentation
•Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent on quality-related issues
•Mentor QC inspectors and ensure compliance with USACE/NAVFAC procedures
•Use RMS/QCS software and Microsoft Office tools for reporting
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management/Engineering
•5+ years of QC experience on USACE/NAVFAC projects
•CQM-C certification (or willingness to obtain)
•OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR preferred
