Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the construction of 392 townhouses in Kissimmee, FL, from inception to completion. The townhouses average 2300 sq ft. and are 2 stories. This project will last 2+ years.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes. This role requires the ability to coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
