General Description: The Payroll Specialist/AP is responsible for primarily responsible for processing payroll, accounts payable, maintaining accurate payroll records, data entry, document control and clerical support. He/She will also be expected to take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about construction. He/She must have ADP experience. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, organizational skills and team player. Construction experience is a plus.
· Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
· Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
